Location: Radbrook Nursing Home

Position: Part-time, Permanent (16 Hrs per week, including alternate weekends)

Salary: £12.30 per Hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Reception Host to join our team at Radbrook Nursing Home, operated by Welford Healthcare Ltd. As a Reception Host, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing excellent customer service to our residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
• Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Provide information to visitors about the facility and its services

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Basic computer skills
