HR Advisor
Salary: Competitive
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: On Site - Wheathampstead, St Albans, Office based with 1 day working from home. Occasional travel to our care homes based accross the UK.
As an HR Advisor, you’ll be a key part of our HR function – offering expert advice and guidance to managers across a range of people matters. From employee relations and recruitment to compliance and staff engagement, you’ll help shape a positive working culture and ensure we meet both legal standards and care industry regulations.

Essential:
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Confident supporting recruitment and employee relations issues
Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
Familiarity with CQC requirements and staff file compliance
HR experience in a care home, healthcare, or similar regulated environment
Understanding of Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
Experience using HR and Recruitment software
