Location: St Peters House Care Home, 29 Out Risbygate Street, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 3RJ

Hours: 40 Hours, Full time

St Peters House Care Home is recruiting for a maternity cover Registered Home Manager to manage the home in Bury St Edmunds. 

Essential skills:

• Experience managing a similar sized home
• Passionate about Dementia care.
• Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CQC requirements
• Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team
• Experience of managing and working towards budgets
• Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home
• Excellent communication skills-confident working with local authorities and building new contacts
